Anna James

Managing Partner

Anna was born in Cumbria and brought up on a hill farm in the Lake District. She came to Shrewsbury in 1983 via Leek in Staffordshire, where she trained and qualified.

She joined Garrard Mitchell and became its senior partner in 1995. She is the Managing Partner of Turnbull Garrard. She specialises in residential and commercial property, wills, and agricultural and commercial law.

Anna is married and lives in Whitchurch, and is a keen golfer.
